Participation rules

- One entry per verified wallet; wallets flagged by Sybil screening are excluded.
- Prize is a physical card or sealed product — never a cash payout.
- Selection uses on-chain verifiable randomness; seed and proof are published after each event.
- Events only run in jurisdictions where the legal review has approved participation.
Events are disabled until a legal compliance review approves the mechanism for each jurisdiction. Nothing here is a lottery or a game of chance for money.
